Meet The Team - Dave Kristopaitis

1) What year did you start F&R and what are the biggest changes you've seen?

I started working with clothes/textiles in 2007 and we started F&R in 2021. 

The biggest change I've seen is how people used to talk about recycling but now it is taken seriously by anywhere from big companies to small households, and it won't stop growing in my opinion. 

2) What's your favourite part of the job?

Apart from creating and bringing ideas to life, I love meeting with people in the industry and discussing their experiences, alongside traveling to new countries. 

3) Favourite food?

Steak or beef ribs. 

4) Favourite drink?

Apple juice, or beer. 

4) Series or movies?

Neither, I'd rather watch a documentary. 

5) Night in or a night out? 

Night in all the way. 

6) Dogs or cats?

Dogs. 

7) Travel to the past or the future?

To the future. 

8) Favourite holiday destination?

Dubai.
